This document outlines the rules, rights, and responsibilities that apply to all users of the preman69 platform. Please read it carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the preman69 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use preman69's services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the management of preman69. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The preman69 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Account Creation & User Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on preman69. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any balances.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. preman69 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identification card or other relevant supporting documents to ensure the security of your funds.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a preman69 user, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and to refrain from any activity that could harm the platform, other users, or third parties. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in fraud, hacking, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership.
- Disrupting other users' experience or misusing the platform's communication features.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice, and preman69 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending further investigation.
Payment & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the preman69 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including online bank transfers through FPX, e-wallets, and other methods listed in the platform's payment section.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set for each payment method and are subject to change from time to time. Users are encouraged to check the current limits before making any transaction.
Withdrawals will be processed within the stated timeframe once identity verification and security requirements have been met. preman69 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents to verify the legitimacy of a withdrawal before it is approved.
Any transaction suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity will be held and reported to the relevant authorities. Refunds for processed transactions are subject to case-by-case review by the preman69 finance team.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Preman69 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and materials found on the preman69 platform are the exclusive property of preman69 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The preman69 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. preman69 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third party before engaging with them.
Account Policy, Term Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Preman69 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasonable cause, including breach of terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the account balance may be subject to withholding pending the relevant investigation and compliance process.

Changes to Terms
Preman69 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notice or email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the preman69 platform will be resolved through mutually agreed mechanisms or through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
